The style and execution are very close and exhibits areas of flatness in similar fashion to legitimate issues. A neat and interesting issue in debased gold of the proper style and weight with a nice look sure to pique the interest of advanced collectors.
The weak strike on the obverse periphery avoids the reading of the legend, but on the reverse is clearly visible ...SPALIRVM AR... instead of ...ET YNDIARVM REX. Rare.
