Ferdinand VII (1808-1833). 1/4 real. ND (1813). Maracaibo (Venezuela). (Cal-102). (Km-1). Ae. 0,67 g. Crudely struck, but choice for the type, this issue was struck under the orders of the Captain General of the Province, Fernando Mijares, when the royalist army became separated from the main forces.

It is a coin minted for use in Cuba and Puerto Rico, according to research by Luis Roberto Ponte in the "Archivo General de Indias". Extremely rare.
